Market Plans
In April, MNB Development opened an indoor market. It is in the old Range Master Outfitters building in the Hunter’s Point strip mall. The market is open Friday and Saturday. On Friday the hours will be 12am - 8pm and on Saturday from 9am - 5pm. The building has 9,000 square feet of sales floor. (approx. 40 booths)
Booths measure the usual 10 x 10. The cost is $50 for the weekend or $50 for Saturday only. There is display case space available for jewelry or delicate items. There are also numerous spots with electric. We have exposure to Hwy 49 and access from Calumet Road. It is heated and has air-conditioning in the summer. There is a brochure in the works to be distributed at the tourist bureau which receives between 60,000 to 70,000 visitors a year. (Anyone interested in being represented in the brochure, please call 219-921-5409 and ask for Marilyn Busch for information)
The market is seeking quality venders looking for a space to promote an existing business or a test point for a new business venture. Retailers, restaurants and artists are welcome.
